Laboratory hoods are one of the most important devices used to protect laboratory personnel from exposure to toxic gases, hazardous chemical fumes and harmful vapors generated during experiments inside the fume hood.

The fume hood includes a moveable front sash made out of safety glass to ensure an adjustable working opening and sufficient air drawn. To ensure efficient work for the fume hood, it is very important to determine the position in the laboratory and install it in the most suitable place. Internal working dimensions are offered in standard depths of 70 cm or higher.

Airfoil prevents contaminated air from accumulating on the work surface and thanks to its aerodynamic shape, it allows air to enter the hood with minimum turbulence. The aerodynamic baffle and by-pass airflow design provide a uniform face velocity pattern across the sash opening of the hood. The ventilation system requires a duct connection.

Epoxy-coated galvanized sheet (optional Polypropylene) is used as the main body and interior material, and all painted sheets are resistant to acid and rust. Color-coded service fixtures (according to EN13792: 2000) for gas, air, water, vacuum and other services have remote controls. Allows you to control service fixtures even when the sash is completely closed.

The lighting system is designed from outside the working area and protected from possible aggressive gases in the fume hood.
