Glove Boxes are non-sealed and glove-operated containment devices in which a separate atmosphere is required (oxygen and moisture are not desired) in sensitive applications. The devices can be designed with negative or positive gas pressure to protect the person or process. If the purpose is to protect the user from a polluted environment, negative pressure is used. The process to be protected is positive pressure in the form of inert gas to prevent reaction with oxygen and moisture and to prevent contamination of the enclosure. The main construction is made of plexiglass material. Thanks to its completely transparent structure, it offers easy to use for the user. The antechamber section, where product entry into the device is provided, is equipped with an airlock request and a manometer. Thanks to the airlock system, the internal atmosphere is kept under control at the entrance and exit of the products. Thanks to the oxygen and humidity sensor in the indoor environment, the environment can be monitored instantly via the control screen. The high-efficiency LED lamp ensures proper illumination of the work area.
